We are looking forward to visiting Asheville N.C. in October. This will be our second visit. The first time we visited it was a bit cold for me so we didn't do much, this time we are looking forward to visiting in Octorber when the temperature is not as cold and we could get around better. Make sure you drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway to Mount Mitchell.
Don't miss Lake Lure and Chimney Rock!
Eat at Fig if you can get in, and visit the Biltmore Mansion right across the street.
