Hi Bob,
My husband wants to relocate us to the Carolina's from California, since he is a Charlotte boy to begin with. We have school age children, 5 and 7 an a huge labrador retriever. I'm not lloking for a condo due to the dog. We need fantastic schools and room to run. I want to be near the ocean and my husband has been selling boats most of his life. We aren't rich by any means. Just want to provide our children a good life. Any suggested areas? Thank you in advance for your insight.

Hi Nancy,
I know all about the areas you've mentioned…some good, some not so good! And I've got some ideas and places in mind for you, but need to discuss several things a bit further with you. I don't sell any real estate, so I can be totally unbiased in recommending places I feel would best fit what you’re looking for!
Looking forward to talking with you,
Bob

Dear bob,
I have always wanted to live in South Carolina. I am having a hard time in finding Over 55 apartments. I don't think having a house at this juncture, is right for me. I like the idea of gated communities, but fear it will eat up most of my monthly pension. I do not want condo living either. I have picked the Florence and western Georgetown areas of interest. I need something affordable with one of those weekend visits to help me. Can you help?
Thanks for your help
Karen
