Plantation at Grand Harbor Community
Northeast of Savannah Lakes Village, is the growing city of Greenwood, SC, and just to the east of Greenwood, South Carolina, is the 11,000 acre Lake Greenwood.
Set outside the town of 22,710 is the community of Plantation at Grand Harbor.
One of my favorite parts of this community is its location.
You are only about 12 miles to the city of Greenwood, where you can take care of all your daily needs, 60 miles to Greenville-Spartanburg, SC, with an airport there, and just about 70 miles to the states capitol of Columbia, South Carolina.
Living in the peaceful shores of Lake Greenwood, it’s easy to forget about the outside world.
The centerpiece of the community is “The Patriot,” an 18-hole Revolutionary War themed course, designed by Davis Love III.
There is a marina for boating, and a golf and yacht clubhouse with dining.
Another perk of the community is its equestrian center, with a 50 acre paddock and 8 stable stall.
There is a nature preserve, a beach area on Lake Greenwood, pools and spas, and a well equipped fitness center.
If all this wasn’t enough, residents of the Plantation have access to a neighboring Orvis endorsed sportsman’s preserve, as well as the amenities at the sister property of The Grand Harbor Golf and Yacht Club.
No other community in South Carolina offers all this at such an affordable value, with homesites now priced from under $50,000!
Take your own tour of the Plantation at Grand Harbor community and visit www.GrandHarbor.net.
You might just find your best place to retire or relocate!
