Harbor Watch Community
If you’re a lake lover and a boating enthusiast, there is a community made especially for you:
The Harbor Watch community
Located on the 50,000 acres of Lake Murray, the community of Harbor Watch is located just west of South Carolina's capitol of Columbia (so you’ll still have a place to work, when you’re not on the lake).
The community of Harbor Watch isn’t huge. It only has 130 acres, with 270 homes planned, but it is in reach for many people.
The homesites start at under $50K, for a 1/4 acre. It may sound expensive, but every homesite comes with a deeded, deep water boat slip.
Homeowners fees are kept down to a low roar, because the developers of Harbor Watch didn’t go crazy on the amenities.
Sure, there are a couple of tennis courts, a chipping and putting green, a clubhouse with a caterer’s kitchen, a resort style pool with lake views, and an exercise room, but resident’s of Harbor Watch are there for one thing, the lake.
With minimal distractions, you’ll be able to enjoy the water, without having to pay for a golf course or fine dining restaurant you hardly use.
If your best place to relocate or retire is on track for the nautical life, check out Harbor Watch at www.lakemurrayliving.com.
