Bull Point Community

The community is of based around nature and conservation, with plans for only 285 homes on its 700 acres.

There is a naturalist on staff to lead educational programs, and nature trails to explore independently, as well as a bird sanctuary.

The community has its own 15 acre lake, Lake Bellanger, with a beach, and three docks for exploring the marshes and creeks via kayak or canoe.

The 7,300 square foot, waterfront clubhouse, has a kitchen area for catered events, and a library.

In the evening you may want to walk across the 300 foot boardwalk to the community’s private Magnolia Island.

A 25 meter pool, with a jacuzzi, and a fitness center with a range of machines, rounds out the communities offerings.
