Did you ever move to Summerville? My wife and I are thinking of moving to SC and just curious if you like it?

Thank you for the informative report and videos. We are relocating from NJ but will rent for a year until we have a chance to explore the surrounds before buying another home. Good luck to all the folks like us taking the plunge~

We are selling are home and hope to be in Summerville before 2010. We want to buy, but may rent a house first, to be sure we like Summerville. We vacationed their last summer and enjoyed ourselves for
2 1/2 weeks.
We will be glad to leave R.I., a State that is run down, has high crime, crooked politicians, and is way overpriced. Florida was another thought, but there is too much turnover and problems with the "New cliental". taking it over. Wish us luck!
