Where is the safest place to live from crime and mostly hurricanes in the carolinas? I prefer the coast but tell me the most hurricane resistant place in the carolinas

I can't possibly tell you where they have the least hurricanes, in the Carolinas.
I'm a real estate specialist not a weather specialist.
The entire coastline could have a hurricane at anytime.
Mother Nature is fickle that way, especially these days.
