Newberry has a population of 10,542 people and is the county seat of Newberry County South Carolina, which has a total population of 36,108 people, spread out over 400,000 acres. Newberry County is full of sprawling farmlands, flowing rivers and forested land.

The Broad and Saluda Rivers border Newberry SC, and Sumter National Forest is immediately to the north. As it enjoys a small town life, Newberry also has a respectable downtown with most everything you'll need on a daily basis. If you can't find what you're looking for in the immediate area, Newberry is less than an hour from the metropolitan centers of Columbia SC and Greenville-Spartanburg SC.

Accessing these cities is also a breeze since Newberry SC is located just off of I-26. Augusta, Georgia is about an hour and forty minutes to the south via Route 121.
