Raleigh is set up so the major business district is located in the middle of the city.

In the surrounding districts you’ll find smaller businesses, residences, restaurants and entertainment centers.

And I have to tell you it is an amazing middle of the city. You can imagine being the state capital.

Raleigh NC has excellent highway and road access with Interstate 40 creating a beltway around the city.

While there can be a lot of traffic especially at rush hour, the beltway does help to keep the traffic under control.  Although if you don’t like to drive in traffic consider living close to where you work.

Raleigh is a half an hour to either Durham NC or Chapel Hill NC.
