Ideally located, Boone North Carolina is only two hours from Asheville NC and two hours from Charlotte NC.

Also a convenient distance to the Tennessee border. Getting in and out is a bit slower than some other towns, as the Interstates are a bit of a drive away. Routes 321 and 421 are the best options for transportation around Boone.
