Investing and Second Home Ownership
It's true it can be challenging to know where to invest in the Carolinas. North Carolina or South Carolina? Coastline, Piedmont or Mountain areas.
You know you want to find your best place to live, don't we all but still.
The questions…
Will I be happy?
Will I miss my friends and family?
Will I like it there?
How will I know if it is my best place to relocate or retire?
I wish I could tell you I could give you the answers to all these questions. I can't.
Your best place to live is highly individualized. It requires you to take your time, know what you want and need and research. I definitely recommend you begin by reading my steps on the home page. This will provide you with a beginning and if you've already been at this a while, it may assist you in deciding upon areas you had not considered.
The information in this section is two-fold.
The first is to give you some insight as to where the growth in each state seems to be centered and the second is that perhaps you want to consider your move to the Carolinas as less permanent and purchase a second home.
The latter would give you the opportunity to ease into the move and decide if North Carolina or South Carolina is truly your best place to live.
Good luck and as always if you have any questions contact me.
