50 Places in North Carolina and South Carolina For Under $150,000
I get a lot of questions from people searching to find their best place to relocate or retire in North Carolina and South Carolina however at the top of the list is ….where to find reasonably priced housing. And before I can answer that question, the list of other qualifications begins.
Where are the best places to live in North Carolina and South Carolina that not only have reasonably priced housing but also have…
- low cost of living
- good medical care
- good schools
- shopping
- quality lifestyle
Throughout this site there is information about cities and towns based upon my experience, I consider to be the best places in the Carolina however as a starting point I've put together a list of the Best Places to Live in North Carolina and the Best Places to Live in South Carolina where you could still buy a nice house for under $150,000, and the real estate taxes were affordable.
The "median home price" is the price that is midway between the least expensive and the most expensive home sold in the area.
The median price is one of the most common measurements used to compare real estate prices in different states.
It is less biased than the "average price" because it is not affected by the most expensive houses sold in the area.
Check out my list of the 60+ (yes, I've added 10 more incredible best places) places in North Carolina and South Carolina for Under $150,000.00
