This resource is the North Carolina Center for Creative Retirement located at the University of North Carolina in Asheville.
It isn't a resource just for people considering relocating or retiring to North Carolina or South Carolina, but draws people from more than 26 states, in their 50's and 60's who are considering relocating when they retire.
And…our survey's show younger and younger families are looking to move to North Carolina and South Carolina daily.
The Center for Creative Retirement holds "Creative Retirement Exploration Weekends". These weekends help you examine your concerns around this issue, and explore possibilities and insights you haven't thought of, with like-minded people.
This all takes place in the beautiful mountains of Asheville, North Carolina.
There are lively seminars, small discussion groups, guided tours, and social events. It gives you a chance to exchange ideas with people who are asking the same questions you are about relocation and retirement.
