Communities offer “visitation packages” to get you to come take a tour of their Community. They can include discounted lodging rates for 2 people, some include lunch or dinner, and many include a free round of golf. They even include massages, tennis, and carriage rides!
They do this to give you an opportunity to visit their Community, take a tour, and get a good feel for what the Community and surrounding area are really like.
Some Communities call them Discovery Packages while others call them Getaway Packages. I even heard them called Experience Packages, when I checked into these for you.
I call them an affordable way to find your Best Places to Live in North Carolina or South Carolina.
With the Fall coming and the leaves turning, there isn't a better time to visit some towns and communities in North Carolina and South Carolina to find one that's perfect for you!
